WP Help Desk is a free WordPress Plugin. If you have a WordPress site selling your products chances are that you might need a Help Desk. Rather than integrating another script with WordPress WP Help Desk works with the popular Hesk help desk software.
Now you can have your very own Help Desk integrated in the WordPress dashboard.
Installation and Usage instructions are contained in the read me file. Please note that WP Help Desk is NOT compatible with WP 2.7
We are working on an all new versionof WP Help Desk that does not rely on third party integration with Hesk but rather a stand alone help desk solution.

Any chance to get an update for WP 2.7.x ? I love the ability that you have enabled. Excellent Idea using HESK, but I really need 2.7x support. Whats the word big bird?

It is being updated as we speak. The problems experienced by the current plugin are mainly theme breaks – try it with your theme and see if it works ok for you. Please also note that the WP Help Desk Plugin has its own spot in the Forum.

You noted that 2.7 support was in the works back in May. How’d that go and is there 2.9 support now as well?

Hi we are creating an entirely new plugin that is in the process now. This is better from our point of view than relying on the integration with another script that is constantly changing and that we do not have control over. Thank you for your question and patience.
